*excited squealing*
Well, it is rather unfortunate that at the place I'm currently at, Halloween isn't really much of a big deal. In fact, it's so small of a deal that most people only realised halfway through the school day. And hardly anyone does Trick or Treating.
But no matter. In celebration of Halloween, I've decided that I'll change my banner to be Halloween themed until the next time I login tomorrow, when all the festivities around the world are over.
To be honest, the most wicked of people will have the sweetest of smiles; after all, how else would their wicked deeds come to fruition, if every second person, after seeing their face, was like to them: "Are you anyone suspicious?" or "Wah, this person is scary, stay away from that person!"
Quite often, you'll see that in animes, most of the bad guys are not necessarily the ugliest of the cast: most are rather decent-looking. In fact, once you've included the characterisation of supernatural beings such as devils and vampires in particular, they end up being found at the extreme end of the attractive spectrum. (well, at least to the female population)
To be perfectly honest, why do all witches and beings which descend from the Netherworld need to be so hideous and frightful to look at? I know, the influence which horror movies have had on this industry is horrifically large. But still, I still think that having attractive witches, and not-so-scary 'monsters' should be included in the Halloween fray. Or maybe that's just me complaining about how scary Halloween in reality is: seeing as my greatest fear of *shudder* things are also so prevalently imposed and emphasised on this day (and no, it is not ghouls, or monster).
Anyways, back to *cough* studying/procrastinating elsewhere.
